Shipping & Returns
At the moment we can only deliver our products to European and North American countries. Don't worry though, we're working hard to start delivering to the rest of the World soon! If you don't live in an area where we currently ship, but wish to purchase one of our products, please feel free to contact us.
Great news: we offer free shipping on all orders above £50!
For all other orders, delivery costs are as follows:

We do our best to dispatch your products within 2 to 7 days from your order, depending on the item and day of the week.
You can return items that are flawed or damaged, or exchange clothing items in case you ordered the wrong size, within 14 days from your purchase.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
We do our best to always send you our products in the perfect conditions we'd like to receive them. However, in case you received a flawed, damaged, or wrong item, you're eligible for a full refund.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the item and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return it (please remember to include the order number!), and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Have you ordered the wrong size? Don't worry, you can send it back to us and exchange your item. Please send us an email at email@example.com referencing the order number and tell us which size you'd like to get.
We'll take things from there!
Please note that, in case of exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
